Role Overview

We're seeking a creative and results-driven Growth Designer who can blend marketing strategy with visual innovation to accelerate Prof Jim's market presence. This remote position based in India requires someone who excels at both design-forward thinking and data-driven growth tactics to engage our primarily American target audiences of learning professionals, educational publishers, and corporate training leaders.

Key responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling marketing materials and campaigns that drive user acquisition and conversion

• Craft eye-catching social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram that balances visual appeal with performance metrics

• Develop the visual identity for growth campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints

• Manage webinar presentations and promotional materials for LinkedIn events that showcase our expertise

• Create newsletters and visual assets that enhance engagement and conversion

• Design and execute A/B tests to determine the most effective messaging/approaches for growth

• Stay current on design trends to keep our brand fresh while maintaining effectiveness

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience combining design skills with growth marketing strategy

• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (required)

• Strong portfolio showcasing design work that has driven measurable business results

• Proven track record creating engaging social media visual content

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related humanities/liberal arts field

• Exceptional English writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Experience designing for American audiences is strongly preferred
